Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council: 07 May 2010; Dublin apartments get huge reductions.
More than 110 apartments priced from €144,000 arrive on the market this weekend in ten south Dublin
developments. Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council is also selling the affordable homes on the open market. The keenest of the prices is the €144,000 being sought for a one-bedroom unit in Mimosa Hall, The Gallops, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. The agent, Lisney, estimates that the price is effectively a discount of €36,000 for buyers on the affordable homes waiting list.
The biggest discount is the €76,000 reduction offered on a three-bedroom unit at Wyckham Point, Dundrum Dublin 16, priced at €304,000 compared to a market value of €380,000.
